Took a bit of a winter and spring break. But, back to work! Will be selling novelty soaps at Machelle's Backstreet's 'Christmas In July Girls Night Out' event on July 13th 5-8pm. Check it out!
New shows have been posted with more to come.
In case you happen to live in a cave in the mountains or a cabin deep in the woods with no contact with the rest of the world, but by some chance you decided that today--JUST today--you decided to see what's been happening out here.
Last night, for the first time in over a century THE CUBS WON THE WORLD SERIES!!!
Tomorrow, The City of Chicago will be having a parade and citywide--practically statewide--celebration of this historical moment in baseball history. I doubt I'll be able to attend, but will likely live vicariously through a few friends who will be in attendance.
Hooray for Baseball and GO CUBS GO!!!
Art Deco Saloon is one of the neatest
places I've ever had the honor of playing at. They have old-fashioned, yet up-to-date shuffleboard, old 80's style arcade games, an awesome stage and a ton of room to dance! Friendly staff, yummy sandwiches and delicious drinks! Check this place out!
Go Bears!!! Okay, so I think they lost. But, had a great time playing at a fantabulous venue! Relaxed crowd, great bartenders and always a fun place to play on a Sunday afternoon or evening. Then, after my performance... GO CUBBIES!
I'd recommend you make this one of your stops if you're in the Illinois Valley area!
Played music at Club 55 tonight! Great crowd and yummy drinks! I think there were some snacks near the stage as well! Had an amazing time as usual at Club 55! Thank you to Jody and Nancy for having me and for everyone who made it out to make it a great night!
Headed down to Club 55 again, but this time just to see my friend Craig Gerdes play live. Amazing country artist and musician!
Check him out at www.craiggerdes.com
Good food, Great Folks and a Great turnout! Thanks to Jody for organizing and hosting this event, to all the volunteers who make this and other benefits like it possible and to all who made it out to this amazing event!
Today has been a good, productive and busy day. So excited to finally get this blog up and running!
Attended an open mic at The Tin Roof in Joliet, IL. Great folks there. Musicians, Comedians and all kinds of Entertainers! If you ever get the chance, stop into The Tin Roof for a drink and some great entertainment!
